This project presents a complete exterior visualization package for a two-story luxury villa, covering both the formal white-brick front elevation and a more relaxed, wood-clad rear elevation.

Front Elevation

The front facade combines white brick, dark window framing, and a steep gabled roofline for a classic, Tudor-influenced street presence, with multiple views showing the design at different times of day.

Rear Elevation & Outdoor Living

The rear of the villa takes a contrasting, contemporary approach with horizontal wood cladding, a full-width wraparound deck, and glass balcony railing, extending the living space outdoors.

Design Features

• Front Facade: White brick veneer with black-framed windows and gabled rooflines
• Garage Wing: Integrated multi-bay garage with matching brick detailing
• Rear Deck: Covered ground-floor patio with an open upper-level balcony
• Landscaping: Mature tree cover and lawn framing on both elevations
